week(end) in review

so. i had every intention of posting another giveaway on wednesday. and then i got sidetracked. and it was a good kind of sidetracked in terms of wedding planning. but not so good for you, lovers of the giveaways.

here’s a little smattering of what we did:

+ planned our entire ceremony
+ spent time with my parents
+ met with the wedding site and planned out room set-up, food, wine, etc.
+ met with florist and saw table settings and my bouquet (!)
+ made 10 trips to and from the airport
+ spent time with family
+ spent time with friends
+ had my bridal shower
+ had my bachelorette party
+ played with my nephews…

as you can see. it was a little busy to say the least. and i am doing my best not to fall asleep at the desk. though it’s taking a lot of effort. sigh.

i did find out that a few cool things happened this weekend. first, i am featured on the WHAT blog and they are giving away not one but three of my recycled notebooks. so, go enter!

and, because i was as far away from my computer as possible, i came to find that i had a few sales as well! so. it has been a great weekend. one that will take at least 2 more days to recover from. which means that it was a truly fantastic weekend!
